She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Putnam and Vada Putnam (Plemmons); her husband David Gene Adams; her brother James; her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Putnam, Garland Floyd and Jackie Williams; her niece Darlene Putnam; and her nephew Larry Floyd.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky and Rick; her daughter-in-law Jill Adams; her grandchildren, Chance and Hayden Adams; her sisters, Bonnie Floyd and Billie Williams; and her pet Spot. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
