He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Dollar-Wilson (Kenneth), Jennifer Lederman and Rosanne Neff (Robert); his grandchildren, Luke Dollar, Faith Wilson, Brooklyn Wilson, Steven Withrow (Brittany) and Andrew Misczak (Kimber); his great grandchildren, Sophia Sanchez, Steven Withrow, Addison Withrow and Jameson Misczak; and his siblings, Scott Dollar, Travis Dollar (Dee), Sharon Dollar (Doug Baker) and Barbara Quinn (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
