He is survived by: his wife Wanda Joyce Phariss; his children, Christopher Phariss (Heather), April Fullerton (Michael), Bryan Phariss (Stefani) and Laurie Evans (Josh); his grandchildren, Kanon, Payton, Averie, Cassidy, Cody, Braylon, Cooper, Brooklyn, Kendyl, Kinsley, Emily, Kailey Mae and Abigail; and his siblings, Debbie Walters (Ronnie) and Scott Phariss (Theresa). He is also survived by husband who adored and loved his children and grandchildren.
