With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Kay Cline of Haltom City, Texas, born in Longview, Texas, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, O. V. Mitchum and Faye Mitchum; and her significant other David Cline. She is survived by: her sons, Don D. Phifer (Debbie) and Larry Phifer; her grandchildren, Alexis McGuire (Jesse) and Andrew Phifer (Katelynn); and her great grandchildren, Barrington McGuire and Emma Kate Phifer.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Jude's or your favorite charity.
