He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Orsak (Gary) and Mitchell Johnson; his great grandchild Jessica Rother; and his children, Briley, Cole, Bella, Daphne Koerth (JR), Jillian, Abigail, Peyton, Charlotte, Justin Grahmann (Megan), Myles, Carson, Sara Opela (Ryan), Lana, Ford and Levi.
