He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robin Johnson, Elaine Haskins and Dwayne Prazak; and his sisters, Helen Spies, Cinda Haas, Dorothy Benoit, Bettye Appelt and Doris A Kalmus. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
