She is survived by: her husband John Cullen Banner Jr. of Comanche; her daughters, Karen Banner Samford, Jay Palmer of Mansfield and Kristine Banner Adams (Kurt Adams) of Frisco; her sister Jackie Willingham (David) of Gustine; her grandchildren, Austin Adams of Ft. Worth, TX, Payton Adams of Frisco, Jamy Akins of Beeville, TX, Bristow III, Waldrop Samford and Ty Samford of Columbus, Georgia; her nephews, Barry Willingham of Midland, Craig Willingham of Gustine and Mark Willingham of The Woodlands; and her niece Tjuna Douglass of Bryan.
