He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sherwood Northcutt and Clara Lillian Northcutt; his daughters, Pamala Ranoe Northcutt-King and Susan Elaine Northcutt; his brother Ralph Lee Northcutt; and his grandchildren, Shannon King and Robert Landon Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnna Northcutt; his children, Kimberly Ann Northcutt Rivera, Dawn Marie Northcutt Everette and Richard Lee Northcutt; and his stepchildren, Zachary Slack, Kelly Slack, James Slack, Cassandra Huskinson, Rebekah Bunker and Venassa Mystrom. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
