He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Foster and Frances Romack Foster; his wife Frances Eileen Foster; his children, Tina, David Smith, Anthony Foster, Steven and Teresa Foster; his grandchildren, David, Courtney Smith, Sammy, Jay Smith, Jerry, Hannah Foster II, Shawn, Bree Smith, Taylor, Commodore Brock and Bentley Foster; and his great grandchildren, Zane, Avery, Baylie, Raylie, Faith, Allie Jo, Easton, Madi, Waylon, Rebeka and Brooklynn. He is also survived by "PaPaw" loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
