He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Tolentino and Susie Rodriquez Tolentino; his siblings, Johnny Tolentino, Mary Martinez, Eleuberta Licea and Leona Tolentino; his children, George Tolentino, Gilbert Tolentino and Georgia Tolentino; and his grandchildren, Maria Colunga, Jesus Colunga and Teodulo Colunga.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Tolentino; and his children, Anthony Tolentino, Chris Tolentino, Pilar Rios, Hephzibah Ochoa, Michelle Silva and Rebecca Moreno. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
