With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie Fay Hatfield of Greenwood, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on January 5, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bob McLaren and Faye McLaren; and her husband Tom Hatfield. She was also cherished by her three children and an equally loving mother-in-law.

We have so many fun memories from soccer games when Philip and our David (Harding)played together and when David (Hatfield) and our Joshua played on the same team, too! Many Saturdays together at HUSA! We hope your memories of your wonderful mom bring you comfort and your faith brings you peace. We are sorry we cannot attend Melanie's service but know you 3 are in our prayers. She loved you SO very much and was proud of you!”
