He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvestre Martinez Rios and Amada Longoria Rios; his wife Raquel O. Rios; his daughter JoAnn R. Floor; and his grandson Albert V. Rios.
He is survived by: his children, Isaac Rios, Ester Sanchez, Jose (Jesusita Rios), David (Angela Rios), Joel Rios and Abel (Carolina Rios); and his sister-in-law Lola Rios. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
