She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ernest McCrary and Vonetta Pearl Grounds; her husband Leonard; her son Joe; and her grandchildren, Charles Joseph Adams, Christopher Adams and Lori Carolyn Bartholow.
She is survived by: her siblings, Aline Cain, Elloise Miller, Bettye Flynn and Donald McCrary.
