He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jenkins; his daughters, Katrina Rodriguez (Richard) and Christina Kilgore (Jason); his sisters, Harriett Shelton (Melvin) and Helen Riley (Wayne); his brother-in-law Melvin Wade; his grandchildren, Sarah McCormack, Laura Carrell and Morgan Kilgore; and his great grandchildren, Riley Pinckney, Ryder Carrell, Brentlie Carrell and Bryce Carrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
