She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rhubin and Sarah Isabelle Cassell (Satterfield); her husband William Deakins Minter; and her siblings, Ruby McAbee, Lyvonne McJenkins, Adelle Ragsdale, R. D. Cassell and Ray Cassell.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Minter, Doug Minter and Susan Parker (Jeff); her grandchildren, Heidi, Dallas, John, Cody, Katy and Clay; and her great grandchildren, Richard, Duane, Cire, Melody, Blaiden, Creedyn and Kayden. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
