It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Burnett of Grand Saline, Texas, born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theo Corbin Burnett and Bert; his wife Mary Nell Drew Burnett; and his children, Debbie (Kerry Kindle), Kathy (Keith Baker), John, Jr. (Gretchen Burnett), Beth (Steve Bergeron) and Robert (Julie Burnett). He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, a private graveside service will be held for the family in coming weeks at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas.
