She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Carter and Marma Nell Carter; and her brother Dwight Carter. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hogan (Eddy) of Gorman, Tim Swanner (Becky) of Gorman and Mark Swanner (Wendy) of Pikeville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Miranda Hogan, Kendra Wright (Ryan), Tyson Swanner (Jaime) and Alaina Hetrick (Zachery); and her great grandchildren, Jarod Hagood, Sadie Allen, Alyssa Allred, Cannon, Cash and Quinn Wright.
