She was predeceased by: her mother Nelda Tandy. She is survived by: her daughter Hailey L. Mendez; her granddaughter Kinsley C. Mendez; her son-in-law Fernando Mendez Rangel; her father Michael J. Tandy; her brother Jon A. Tandy; and her sister-in-law Samantha Tandy.
