She was predeceased by: her parents, James Taylor Rollans and Margie Lucille Deeds Rollans; her husband L. C. Gentry; her daughter Rita Diane Lane-Ellington; and her siblings, Hazel Rollans-Lecy, John Edward Rollans, Olphus Fay Rollans and Allphus Ray Rollans.

She is survived by: her children, Nona Lucille Batchelor-Burns and Charles Lamont Batchelor. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
