He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Pepper; his sons, Wayne Pepper and Royce Pepper; and his sisters, Helen Lacy and Lou Nell Carroll.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra; his son-in-law David Stuckey; his grandsons, Eric Pepper, Ben Stuckey and Tyler Stuckey (Christa); his great grandchildren, Isaac Martin, Calmer Martin, Daytona Martin and Abbi Pepper; and his sister Katherine Thomas (Clayton).
