He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ray and Annie Fay Burnett Smith; and his brother David Samuel Smith. He is survived by: his wife Merry Gayle Floyd Smith; his sons, Travis Otis Floyd (Katrina) and William Ray Smith; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Alexandra Smith, Kielyn Ford Smith, Rielyn Able-Zane Smith and Maddyn Harley Smith; and his brothers, Charles Ray Smith (Donna) and James Arthur Smith (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous family and friends.
