He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Kuikahi and Mayta Poohina Kuikahi; his wife Kammy Kuikahi; his children, Keahi Kuikahi, Ceris Dunn, Chaz Kuikahi and Chantee Ballman; his siblings, Harrilyn Baltero, Peewee Kuikahi, Kenani Kuikahi and Kainoa Kuikahi; and his grandchildren, Reese, Khaylee, Elese, Tayzia, K. K., Drey, Emma, Elijah and Aliyah.
