He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Smith; and his brother James "Spider" Smith Mr. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Smith, Karen Nugent and Keith Smith; and his siblings, Joe Smith, Andra Casillas, Charles Smith, Judy Tidwell and Billy Mac Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
