She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Miertschin and Selma Miertschin (Bigon); her son Stephen Lorenz; her daughter-in-law Mary Dell Lorenz; her siblings, Paul Miertschin, Erna (Jimmy Klander) and Lena (Marvin Fischer); and her brother-in-law Royce Zoch.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Leisa Lorenz) and Philip (Karen Lorenz); her husband Marvin Lorenz of Serbin; her son Michael Lorenz of Houston; her grandchildren, Tyler (Erin Lorenz), Laila Lorenz of Austin, Rebekah (Will Taber), Christopher (Melynie Lorenz), Sarah (Ben Carpenter), Mileah Lorenz of Longview, Jared (Leah Lorenz), Chad (Rachel Lorenz), Reid (Mary Lorenz), Rachel (Rob Williams), Jamie Lorenz of Garland, Grace Lorenz of Garland, Susanna Lorenz of Serbin, David Lorenz of College Station and Ford Lorenz of Richardson; and her sister Clara Zoch of Austin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
