He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilario Partida and Selerina Partida (Ramirez); his wife Sara Partida; his sons, Casimiro Partida and Alfredo Partida (Fred); his brother Carlos Partida; and his siblings-in-law, Gelacia Reina, Braulio Zuniga and Vicente Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Jaime Partida of Austin, Idalia Bishop (Randy) of Giddings, Carlos Partida (Katie) of Leander and Camelia Morales (Antonio) of Giddings; his grandchildren, Toby Bishop (Christina) of Bryan, Zach Bishop (Samantha Tobar) of Giddings, Elliot Partida of Leander and Noah Partida of Leander; his great grandchild Zaxton Bishop of Giddings; his daughter-in-law Rachel Partida of Pearland; and his siblings, Pedro Partida (Mercedes Torres) of Mexico, Jose Esteban Partida of Mexico, Leodoro Partida (Teresa Martinez) of Mexico, Juana Partida (Patricio Ramirez) of Mexico, Carmen Partida of Mexico and Margarita Partida of Mexico. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
