He was predeceased by: his father John Anderson Church; his stepmother Carrie G. Church; and his nephew Brandon Ray Church. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Mae Church of Cameron; and his brothers, Doug Church of Rockdale, Jeff Church (Toni Kay) of Tanglewood and Todd Church of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
