With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Becerra of Giddings, Texas, born in Smithville, Texas, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Luiz Becerra; his sister Janie Garcia; his nephew Luiz Garcia; his father-in-law Daniel Ramos; his brother-in-law Daniel Ramos Jr.; his grandparents, Juan, Regina Becerra, Serapio and Lucy Garcia; and his nephew Baldo Garcia.

He is survived by: his mother Antonia Becerra (Garcia) of Smithvile; his wife Rose Becerra of Giddings; his children, Christina of Giddings and Fabian of Giddings; and his grandchildren, Christian, Landon and Alfonso of Giddings. He is also survived by numerous aunts' uncles and cousins.

Monetary donations to offset medical expenses can be made to Round Top State Bank in Giddings.
