He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Rodriguez and Crescencia Rodriguez (Juarez); his wife Frances Rodriguez; and his siblings, Maria "Emma" Espiridaon, Victor Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez and Paul "Pablo" Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, James Benedicto Rodriguez of Giddings and Cristella Frances (Panfilo "Lito" Armendariz); his brother Thomas Rodriguez of Elgin; and his siblings-in-law, Pepe Espiridion of Mexico, Patricia Rodriguez of Missouri and Shirley Rodriguez Paschal of Deanville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
