She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Herman Sander and Selma Helena Sander (Weiser); her husband Herbert Koslan; her children, Carolyn Melber and Kenneth "Kenny" Koslan; her grandson Christopher Christiansen; and her brothers, Wilbert Sander, Herbert Sander, Bill Sander and Louis Sander.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Christiansen (Curtis) of Giddings and Ralph Koslan of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Shawn Melber of Georgetown, John Patrick Melber (Bobbie Lynne) of Galveston, Dawn Marshall (Ryan) of Giddings, Philip Christiansen (Tracy) of Giddings, Michelle Kylberg of Giddings and Brent Koslan (Savannah) of Fedor; and her sisters-in-law, Lillye Sander of Hamilton and Lucille Sander of Austin. She is also survived by twenty two great-grandchildren.
