She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sykes Manning and Estelle Hill Manning; and her siblings, Janece Manning, Louise Grimsley (Herbert), Mary Jo Study (Steve) and Dale Manning.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Gartman; her daughter Rene Yates (Cliff); her grandson Colton of Georgetown, Texas; her daughter Terri Morrison (Kevin); her grandson Justin of Cedar Park, Texas; her son Chris Gartman (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Zachary of Kirkland and Alexandra Casey (John) of Nashville, Tennessee; her sister Linda Sue Manning of Cedar Park, Texas; her nephew Stephen Study (Karen); her great-niece Samantha; her nephew David Study (Shannon); her great-nieces, Madeline Bugarin (Steven) and Catherine Study; her great-nephew Nick Study; her nephews, Jason Grimsley (Brooke) and Kenny Grimsley; her sister-in-law Audrey Johnson; her niece Audra Conwell (Mike); her great-nephew Ben; her niece Dena Johnson; her nephews, Chuck Basey (Kathy) and Scott Basey; and the father of her children David Jenkins (Nancy).
In February of 2023, Terri & René were finally able to put together a COVID delayed Birthday Party for Joe's very belated 80th and Vonnie's belated 85th Birthdays with a few special friends at HighPointe Estate.
