He is survived by: his wife Charollotte; his children, Michael and Camille; his sister Robyn Johnson; his brother-in-law David Johnson; his nephew Clayton; his niece Jessica Jonhson; his brother-in-law David Morris (Elvia Morris); his nieces and nephews, Abi "May", Tyler and Beau Morris; his siblings-in-law, Denise Patterson and Shawn Patterson; his nephews, Cody, Cale Opatrny and Luke Patterson; his niece Lilly Opatrny; his mother-in-law Lan Therrell; and his parents, Charles Boyd and Donna Boyd. He is also survived by the aunts, uncles, and cousins.
