He is survived by: his children, Oscar Menchaca III and Roslyn Menchaca; his parents, Juanita Gonzales and Oscar Menchaca Sr.; his siblings, Xavier, Henry, David Menchaca, Selene Bustillos, Yerula, Priscilla, Cynthia, Nellie and Lilliana Menchaca; his brother-in-law Chris Bustillos (Roland Schnider); his nieces and nephews, Jaylynn, Julissa Menchaca and Cristina Bustillos; and his uncle Zaragoza Menchaca.
