He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Alexander and Rebecca Ruth Blevins (Wood); his daughter Lisa Annette Jackson; and his siblings, Clara Grisom, Gayle Patterson and Bobby Blevins.
He is survived by: his son John Reese Blevins (Julie); his wife Eddie Blevins; his son Greg Blevins; his son-in-law Terry Jackson; his siblings, Kay Knowlton, Steve Blevins (Cecilia) and Diann Payne; and his grandchildren, Terri (Michael), Amanda, Beau, Kendra (Jeremy), Jessica (Aaron), Jami (Aaron), Karley (Keith), Shelby (Carlos), Alyssa (Zane), Koury (Jesse) and Tristen. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
