She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Elizabeth; her parents, Charley Goble and Creola Suez Hurlbut Webster; her children, Clifford C. Bowen, Jr., Anna Jean Bowen, Larry Joe Bowen and Billy Ray Bowen; and her siblings, R. A. Webster, C. K. Webster, Doris Buchanan, Anna Sue Ross and Vernon E. Webster.
She is survived by: her son Charley Lester Bowen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family, including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gary Cemetery (176 Bobcat Trail, Gary City, TX 75643).
