She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Collins; her spouse Neely Forran Endsley; her daughter Deanna Lynn Endsley; her sisters, Dorothy Ann Carlisle and Jeannie Elizabeth Domanski; and her stepmothers, Dorothy Helen Collins and Gertie Collins.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wayne Endsley, Ronald Wesley Endsley (Janet) and Stephen Alan Endsley; her siblings, Jerry Neal Collins, David Russell Collins and Judy Ellen Lightfoot; her grandsons, William, Christopher, Eric and Dylan Endsley; her great grandchildren, Brysun and Logan Endsley; and her close friends, Faye, Sherry and Carolyn Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
