We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 59, Jeff Dean Hulsey of Gary, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Lemuel Virgil; and his grandparents, Addie and Virgil Hulsey. He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Jeffress Hulsey of Gary; his sister Laura Annette Hulsey of Gary; and his half-brothers, Wayne Hulsey of Phonex, AZ and Gary Hulsey of Pauls Valley, OK. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
