He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Atwood and Carrie Atwood. He is survived by: his wife Janie Bell; his children, Brett Atwood and Carrie Green (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cannon Wise, Grace Green, Brett Atwood, Jr. and Taylor Green; and his sister Lula Bryant (Kalcy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
