He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shelby Chamberlain and Grace Lucille Pyle; his brothers, George S. Chamberlain Jr. and Robert E. Chamberlain; his son Guy Alan Chamberlain; and his stepdaughters, Linda Hall Cindy Hall and Rosie Hall Jerry Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Chamberlain (Pam), Gail Blair and Karen Guthrie Melody (Drew); his daughter-in-law Martina Chamberlain; and his stepdaughter Terry Hall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
