With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavinia Camille Brock Bircher of Galveston, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Stratton Brock and Camille Emmerton Brock; her brother Stratton Brock Jr.; and her nephew Bascom Brock. She is survived by: her brother Stephen F. Austin; her former husband James E. B. Berry; her children, James Berry Jr. (Cheryl), Thomas Stratton Berry (Sharla) and Alice Austin Hill (Rob); her husband Ed; her children, Ed's, Douglas Bircher (Nancy), Stephen Bircher (Nancy), Todd Bircher (Tami) and Karen Richardson (Doug); and her niece Carrie Brock. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins.
