She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Daugherty; her siblings, Ovilee Morgan, Roy Morgan and Violet Woodrum; and her great grandchild Xiana Akhtar.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Daugherty, Gail Penny of Fruitvale, Jeffery Daugherty of Fruitvale, Marty Daugherty (Denise) of Canton and Rhonda King of Fruitvale; her sisters, Hazel Wheeler of Grand Saline, Pauline Smith (Billy Wayne) of Fruitvale, Lourilla Stanley of Grand Saline and Homma Lou Lovett of Grand Saline; her grandchildren, Terry Daugherty, Stephanie Akhtar, Jamie Daugherty, Clair Daugherty, Jordan Daugherty, Indy Daugherty and Cody Daugherty; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Ella, Jaxon, Shelby, Hannah, Hunter and Nasrin. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
