He is survived by: his wife Donna Lackey Rife of Fruitvale; his sons, Kendall Rife of Fruitvale and James Rife of Fruitvale; his brothers, Clifton Rife of Windthorst, Kim Rife of Jermyn and Carl Rife of Graham; his grandchildren, Dennie Thurman Howell III, Jacob Daniel Howell, John William Howell, Andy Lee Rife and Keri Ethel Rife; and his great grandchildren, Keyonnie Barnes, Kayden Clemons, Kylie Bailey, Serenity Howell, Jacob Daniel Howell Jr., Teagan Howell and Timber Howell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
