She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Tugwell and Nancy Lucinda Ham Tugwell; and her siblings, James, Noel, Harold Tugwell and Patsy Tugwell.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lynn Shirley (Richard) of Katy and Charles Michael Roberts of Hereford; her grandsons, James Shirley (Micah) and Matthew Shirley; and her siblings, Eva Jackson, Claud Tugwell and Don Tugwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Friends of the Friona Public Library, 109 W. 7th St., Friona, TX 79035.
