She was predeceased by: her husband George Lev Brumley; her son Stephen Douglas Brumley; her parents, Claude David and Deloris Rice; her brothers, James David Rice, Claude Morris Rice, Harold Max Rice and Rayford Rice; her sister-in-law Peggy Rice; her sister Janice Chapman; and her brother-in-law Bobby Chapman.
She is survived by: her son Randy Brumley; her daughter-in-law Phyllis of Ennis; her daughter Lisa Johnson; her son-in-law Raymond (Binky) of Alto; her daughter Jodilyn Coleman; her son-in-law Stacy of Mont Belvieu; and her children, Cynthia Brumley (Cindy) of Santa Fe and Matthew Brumley of Santa Fe. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Houston (3700 FM 528 Rd, Friendswood, TX 77546). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Old Palestine Cemetery (290 County Rd 2609, Alto, TX 75925).
In lieu of flowers Momma has requested that donations be made to her favorite charities: St Jude's Children's Research Hospital and Children's Miracle Network.
