He was predeceased by: his father Robert Day, Sr. June Lamsargis (Gloria). He is survived by: his children, Robert R. Day, III of Rochester and Shirley H. Heath of Stanley, Wisconsin; his stepfather James Lamsargis of Springfield, Illinois; his sisters, Jan Schmidt of Springfield, Debbie Rowley (John) of Springfield, Becky Day of Athens, Jodi McMullan (Jason) of Springfield and Lori Day (Jim Tisdale) of Chatham, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Tahlia Walton, Aaliyah Moore, Olivia Moore, Mayonna Hannah, Emily McConnell, Robert R. Day IV and Gabriel Robertson.
