He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Robert "Bobby" Wieners, Jr. (Bobby); his daughter-in-law Elida Guajardo; his daughter Marion Wieners; and his grandson Michael.

In lieu of flower, the family requests that donations be made to the Friendswood Police Officers Association, the 50 Club of Galveston County, or a charity of choice that supports veterans and first responders.
