It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reyhan Ates (Friendswood, Texas), born in Pampa, Texas, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles and Pauline Gustin; her uncle Donald Gustin; her father Sahab Ates; her grandparents, Sukru and Hatice Ates; and her stepfather Rodney Airington.

She is survived by: her daughter Chloe Faith Ates; her mother Charlsy Airington; her sister Perihan Prather; her brother-in-law Jeremy (Jay); her brother Tas Ates; her sister-in-law Aimee; her stepsiblings, Kimbra Trujillo (Gary) and Michael (Ashley); and her close friends, Manuel and Stacey Gaona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
