She is survived by: her mother Jane Anne Womack; her husband Jay Bice; her children, Amy, Corey Winstead, Katie Bice, Spencer Gros and Cole Bice; her grandchildren, Collins Jane and Cooper John Winstead; her brothers, Patrick Womack and Alex Polhemus (Ashley Polhemus); her nieces and nephews, Patrick Womack Jr., Krystal Stutzman, Preston Womack, Natalie Holloway, Ethan Polhemus, Cameron Polhemus and Aiden Polhemus; and also Jane Womack.
