He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Bazzy and Vera Dulude Bazzy Kasunic; his wife Betty Sue Bazzy; his grandson Eric Bazzy; and his great grandchild Daniel Bazzy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cal, Chuck, Bobby, Demaris and Mary; his children, Mike Bazzy (Cindy), Terry Brown (Robert), Chris Bazzy (Rachel), Cindy Devine (Martin) and Lisa Zerinque (Brian); and his siblings, Marlene Neville, Carol Moros, Sharon Brunette, Bill Bazzy, Barbara Keola, Charlene Bazzy and Albert Bazzy.
