He is survived by: his mother Deanna Maxwell; his brother Conrad; his aunt Kathy Weyrich; his close friend Christy Galan; and his children, Shawn Maxwell, Samuel Mayfield, Jemmy Maxwell, Abbigale Maxwell, Paige Galan, MyKaylah Galan and Luke Galan.
