It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cletus Joseph Weed Jr. of Friendswood, Texas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Joseph Weed, Sr. and Mildred Ida Weed (Ceccacci); his sister Mildred Ann Campbell; his brother-in-law Roy Hughes; and his brothers, Donald Lawson and Bobby Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Weed; his children, Stephanie Weed (Jessie), April Ybarra (Ike), Charles MacKrell (Christine) and Michael Weed (Connie); his stepchildren, Cynthia Bazan (Darrell Donaho), Laura Mandujano, Michelle Bazan (Osbaldo Tovar) and Edward Bazan; his sister Patti Hughes; his grandchildren, Olivia Norman, Alyssa MacKrell, Lauren Myers (Matthew), Morgan Weed, Eric Joseph Sanders (Leia), Keri Ybarra (Christopher), Kalin Ybarra (David), Alexandria Munoz (Chris), Brooks Bazan, Camey Bazan, Nathan Arriaga, Bryce Arriaga, Simona Ochoa, Presley Ochoa, Stellan Donaho, Levi Donaho, Ricky Lara and Jacob Mandujano; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Ybarra, Branden Sanders, Everleigh Myers, Avery Meyers, Brynlee Weed, Cash Martinez, Nathan Arriaga, Jr., Kylee Munoz, Aaron Munoz, Aria Munoz, John McGhee (Ben), Evelynn McGhee and Isabel Urbano.
